Coach Monk is a constant staple in our wrestling family.  Coach Monk hails from Wausau Wisconsin where he won the Wisconsin state title in 2009...Finished third at the state championships as a junior and sophomore and fifth as a freshman...Member of the 2008 state championship team...Holding  the state record for career wins with 202...Three-time folkstyle national champion.  Coach Monk was an NCAA div I All-American with a 3rd place finish in 2014.  Coach Monk has been coaching at NDSU and Minnesota State Moorehead and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our room.

Brandon Oien

Brandon hails from Linton, ND. He was a 4 time state placer from Linton High School. Coach Oien has a passion for the sport and shares it with the other athletes in the room.  His smile and positivity are infectious.  Coach Oien is teaching at Simle Middle school in the Social Studies Department.

​​​Jeff Enzminger

​

Jeff comes to Legacy as a Legend in North Dakota wrestling.  Jeff is a North Dakota Wrestling Hall of Fame member as a multiple time state champion for Beach High School, under legendary coach Keith Burwick.  After High School Jeff became an All American at Dickinson State University.  Upon Transferring to University of Mary, under Hall of Fame Coach Milo Trustee, Jeff earned All American status two more times for the Marauders.  Jeff has been very active in the youth wrestling scene for a number of years.  Jeff brings top notch technique and competitive insights to the Saber Program.

Henrik Jacobsen

​

Henrik is an alumnus for Legacy High School and is now working as a Sub for BPS.  He has had some experience coaching for Valley City High School for a couple of years.  Henrik brings excitement and familiarity to the program. 

 

Drew Steidler

 

Drew comes to us from the University of Mary wrestling program.  Drew was a State Champion and multiple finalist at St. Mary's High School. Drew was a Pre-Season National Champion and then honed his immense skills at the University of Mary.  Drew brings a calmness and vast knowledge and skills to the Saber Middle and Light weights.   

 

Andrew Voorhees

Andrew Voorhees is currently a math teacher at Simle Middle School and will head up the Simle Middle School Wrestling program.  Coach Voorhees was an accomplished wrestler in Great Falls Montana.  Coach Voorhees graduated from the University of Mary and during his time he played for the Marauder football team.  Coach Voorhees is also a coach football for Legacy High School.

Jerald Lemar

​

Jerald is a fabulous member of the Simle Middle School Coaching Staff.  Jerald, former Head Coach at Century High School and State Champ from Rugby ND, brings a tremendous wealth of knowledge to the Spartan/Saber wrestlers.  Coach Lemar has been critical in the development of Spartan and Saber wrestlers in the Spartan and Gorilla wrestling rooms.

Logan Thompson

Logan joins the Simle Middle School Coaching staff having years of experience coaching the youth clubs of North Dakota.  He has a wealth of knowledge and manner that can not be replicated or overlooked.  We value his knowledge and thrive off of his enthusiasm for kids and the sport.
